Busy Monday.

Jam packed day!
Started at Battery Park to try and catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty but the line was about a billion miles long so we gave it a miss.
Walked around downtown instead, visiting the famous Bull in the financial district, Wall Street and Ground Zero.
At Ground zero we went into a museum/memorial for 9/11 and it was so incredibly sad and moving. It was full of quotes, footage, personal belongings, wreckage and photos.

Went to a nice little park for lunch then strolled across the Brooklyn Bridge, which gave us a great view of the city.

After that we headed to Canal St to do some shopping. I was quite successful with my purchases :).
A little bit of excitement.. heaps of the stalls were roped off with police tape and there were police and detectives everywhere!

Entered the 'In The Heights' ticket lottery and WON! wooot.
Between the ticket lottery and the show we went to 'M&M' world which was incredible. Bought a few things :)

Then the show..... centre front row!...... It was such a great performance and Jordin Sparks was in it. how fun. I love this show so much!
