Left the apartment and headed west then walked along 12th Ave till we got to 42nd st where we caught the Circle Line City Cruise. It was a 2 hour cruise which went all around the bottom of Manhattan, up to midtown and back. We cruised past the Statue of Liberty as well. We also saw where the Titanic was meant to dock, which was pretty cool. (the photos may look a bit weird 'cause they were taken through a window)
After that we went to the 'Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum' which was awesome. It was a massive navy ship turned into a sort of museum. We got to go on a submarine, the ship and the Concorde jet. It was all really interesting!
We then wandered back to the apartment for an early dinner, then off to the 'Wicked' ticket lottery!
So we put our names down and the lottery guy called out all the winners and we didn't win. damn it. But some lady wasn't there so he called another name to take her tickets and it was Lauren! woooohoooo!
So Lauren and I got to go to the show! We got to see Mandy play Elphaba, which was a dream come true. (over the past two years we've become friendly with her) . When she came out of stage door she was excited to see us :) We caught up and had a good chat. She was so sweet, as per usual. We're seeing her again next thursday :)

You girls will need a holiday to get over this holiday. You are certaining packing it in, but sounds like you are having a fantastic time. Keep up the blogs. Dad and I look forward to reading them every day.
